no ways can I install anything unless the firewall on the remote PC is OFF
what port can I set for PDQ deploy to work

The following policies need to be enabled to allow PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory to successfully manage client computers. From your GPO editor (GPMC.MSC or GPEDIT.MSC)
Windows Firewall: Allow inbound file and printer sharing exception
Windows Firewall: Allow ICMP exceptions (Inbound Echo Request is needed)
You can find these policies under
Computer Configuration \ Policies \ Administrative Templates \ Network \ Network Connections \ Windows Firewall \ Domain Profile
If the target computer is not a member of a domain then change the Domain Profile to Standard Profile.
PDQ Deploy uses the standard Microsoft ports for SMB and remote administration. You can find a list of them here.

I think a configured firewall is the better solution than just disable 😉
