Deploy office home and business (no open lisence)

Is it possible to deploy office 2013 Home and Office with the retail license key?

    The retail versions usually do not come equipped with the OCT (Office Customization Tool). You can verify by looking for the Admin directory, which should be at the root level directory (same level where setup.exe exists). If there is no admin folder then you will not be able to use the OCT for custom silent installations. This is a limitation that Microsoft often places in their retail versions. I've not specifically verified for Office 2013, but it's been that way for version 2003 on up.
