How would I install bigger software packages like CorelDraw X5, or an Adobe Suite CSx?

The process is no different than smaller applications. You just need to be certain that you select "Include Entire Directory" when pointing to your install file so that all the necessary files are copied down to each target before the install process begins. The rules are pretty much the same; be sure that you are installing with the silent parameters and that each target's system drive (usually C:) has enough space to allow the install files to both copy down and install.
What if the actual setup file resides in a folder that resides in another folder? Is this possible?

I'm deploying the entire Adobe CS6 suite remotely with PDQ deploy right now without a problem. Simply check the box that says "Include Entire Directory" when setting up your deployment installer and it will include those folders inside subfolders etc.
The only limitation is copy speed on your network.
