I could not see this error code on the website. 

Installer returned error code 15

    Have you got the error installing Photoshop CS6?

    Or what installer is it? It might be a custom non standard error code.

    I think its for cadia. Waiting for his installer export. Hopefully that will shed some light. 

    Russel, if you can do a screenshot of your installer window and post it up that will give us some clues that might help.
