Run Install Packages on boot up or when the package is updated?

Hello,

 

I was wondering if 2 things are possible with PDQ? 

This first thing is that lets say I need to update 10 computers and 4 of them are offline. I prefer not to do WOL with the 4 offline computers. What is the best way to do a Dpeloy Once to all 10 machine and have the 4 machines get the update right when they are turned on?

Another thing that I have a question about is regarding PCs getting application updates automatically. For Example: I have 10 computers that needs to get a new config file. I have this config file placed in a staging location out on a share drive. Once I place this new config file in the staging location I would like the PCs to grab it right away. Is there a way we can get PDQInventory/PDQDeploy to monitor a folder and if it sees updated files, it would push the files out to the PCs I specify?
