    [FIELDS] = CHANGE.

    MKDIR C:\[driverfolder]

    XCOPY \\[server]\[share]\[folder]\*.* C:\[driverfolder] /e /y

    Cscript C:\windows\system32\Prnport.vbs -a -r IP_[*.*.*.*] -h [*.*.*.*] -o raw -n 9100

    rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /ia /f C:\[driverfolder]\[inffilename].INF /m "[model of printer]"
    rundll32 printui.dll PrintUIEntry /if /f C:\[driverfolder]\[inffilename].INF /b "[printer name]" /m "[model of printer" /u /r "IP_[*.*.*.*]"

    works for all printers. does not matter. just make sure you got correct ip, model of printer and inf file.
