Can't initialize Pdq Deploy .

After installation, the initialization started but after i insert the Administrator username and password it says "User name is unknown or invalid".

The user is correct and valid, i'm logged in with that account name.

What should i do ?

I assume its a new installation. Please verify that you have the dotNET framework installed a required. Uninstall PDQ Deploy and reinstall it.

I have installed .net 4 on my computers. I tried to repair .net (even there was no problem with it) and reinstall PDQ Deploy and i have the same problem.

I installed your software on one Windows 7 Computer and one Windows 8, both Professional version. Both of them have this issue.

Have you tried to run the program as administrator?

solved the issue.

it seems i need to give computer-name\user-name to work.
