what does" not for internet explorer on windows 8 or 8.1" mean?

Does this mean IE10?

This is for the FLASH install for IE...

Because I have stations that have 10 on them and they are windows 7-64.

What to do?

    Flash for IE 10 on Win 8 or 8.1 is provided my Microsoft. IE 10 on other platforms can take the Adobe Flash ActiveX installer. The package Adobe Flash (All IE) will take care of all except 8.1. 8.1 will be provided with PDQ Deploy 3.0
