Just thought Id share my installation options for this software once I got it working:

Extract all files from installer file

Select the proper MSI file

Check Include Entire Directory

MSI Options: Install, No Restart and Quiet

Standard Success Codes

Parameters: TRANSFORMS=1033.mst ALLUSERS=1

(the transforms file is the language selection - 1033.mst is for English)

I also ran the install as local administrator.
