1603 Error pushing SQLNCLI 11 msi to workstation?

Hello, I’m trying to push the SQL Server Native Client to a test workstation and it failed pretty readily with error 1603..

Can you give me any thoughts on this? No custom msi flags or anything, I just pointed to the network accessible MSI and selected the 64 bit MSI package I made (and yes the workstation IS 64 bit)

Checking eventlog this might be the issue:

Product: Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client -- The required IACCEPTSQLNCLILICENSETERMS=YES command-line parameter is missing. By specifying this parameter, you acknowledge that you accept the end user license terms for the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client .

OK, go ahead and enter

IACCEPTSQLNCLILICENSETERMS=YES

to the parameters field in PDQ Deploy.
