Switch to Pro-mode license

    Joey, I have emailed the license key to your joey@...nl email. After the purchase the key was sent to the helpdesk address. I wonder if it got whacked by a spam filter? Please confirm that you have received the key to your joey email.

    Thank you Shawn,

    The first time I received the key on helpdesk also. And I activated that account etc. But I wonder why I can't change the user over there. Because I uninstalled PDQ Deploy and removed the registry keys now. After reinstalling I was able to use the Helpdesk account. But I couldn't manually switch to my other account ( with license key )

    Oh, sorry I misunderstood. You don't actually need to activate your account when at the Pro level (the level you purchased). The Enterprise level does use activation, and our trials are all at the enterprise level. You should still have access to most of the packages in the package library and all of the pro level features should be enabled for you.

    When you click the "Enter a new license' button and copy the helpdesk key are you still seeing the joey info listed in both email and enterprise user section?
