Application deployment on a specific OU

I have an OU that has 150 objects of which we need to install Antivirus. Some were installed manually, will PDQ deploy bypass/skip the clients that have AV installed? Or  will the AV be uninstall and re-install?

    If you have PDQ Inventory you can create a collection of computers that match your criteria and deploy to it from PDQ Deploy:

    1. Belong to OU xyz
    2. Do NOT have the AV installed
