Deploy 64-bit ODBC Connection

Hi all! We are wanting to push out a 64 bit ODBC connection to all of our workstations. We were hoping to deploy some sort of script. Strangely, the interwebs produce little results when searching for a method to do this.

Does anyone know how to deploy ODBC connections without using group policy?

We also attempted a search for any relevant information that could assist up in coming up with a solution to the ODBC connector issue (some scripts here and there, and vague references to specific programs), but were equally unable to find anything of much use. If you have come up with a solution, please post that here so it might be of assistance to someone else with the same issue
