Can PDQ Deploy call a custom Scanprofile on Inventory?

How can I make a call to run a custom Scan profile on PDQ inventory after i run a PDQ Deploy on specified computer?

    Open your package and go to the Package Properties step.  From here you can change the Scanning option from (use program default) to Scan After Deployment and choose which scan profile you want to use.
