Deploy to a group

I'm new to PDQ so i'm hoping you can help.  We're using PDQ Deploy Pro and I'm setting up deployments to groups in AD.  If I add computers to the AD group does PDQ automatically pickup on those group changes so I don't have to redeploy the package?  If not, is there a way to set that up?  Thank  you.
