Wait for user?
Preston E. Bell
I have a Java deploy package that puts a warning up due to the fact that it closes out browsers. It is set to show for 900 seconds. I have the option set to "Wait for user to click OK". However, after the 900 seconds it proceeds with the installation. My assumption was that if it says "Wait for user to click OK" and the user never clicks OK, then it should fail. Is that not what should happen?

Hi Preston,
At the current time the message step is simply a gui version of msg.exe and in reality that won't stop anything from running but will simply notify the end user with a message box and place to click that they've read and acknowledged it but not that they'd like to delay or wait until they have clicked the OK button. This is a limitation of the command itself and while we've talked about making something more robust, it's not something that the developers have made a decision on.
