Keeping PDQ in sync on all my servers...

What are all of you doing to keep PDQ on multiple servers in sync with each other? I am currently the only tech at 3 schools and have PDQ setup on a server at each of the schools. I have tried to keep them all setup the same way however over time things come up that need to be done quickly right on the spot and I now they have all slowly had different things added/changed on each one.
