Why Cant I log into PC after KB3097877 gets installed?

The answer will differ with every situation but ours affected the Dell Optiplex 7010 PC's with a Radeon HD6450 with video driver 9.12.0.0.

I created a package that basically

1. uninstalls the KB3097877

2. Sleeps for 15 seconds

3. uninstalls the KB3097877 (not sure why but sometimes needs to run twice)

4. Install KB3097877

5. Reboot

I hope this helps some peeps out.
