[Feature Request] Tab Next To Conditions to Exclude Deployments

Would it be possible to add a tab next to "Edit Package" > Install Step > 'Conditions' or even on the conditions tab to say "Exclude" and give different exclusion options? ie Machine Name, has software version, etc?
