Deploying Lync standalone

I just recently started using PDQ Deploy and have had no issues deploying the default packages to our machines, but when I try to create a custom package in this instance Lync(Skype for Business) I get stuck in the Running phase after copying. I've used /quiet and /passive both and neither seem to work to actually install the software after copying. Has anyone deployed Lync like this as a standalone installation by using the .exe that Microsoft provides?
