    Hi Dan,

    Which Adobe Flash package are you deploying?  What is the O/S of the target machines and what browsers are you using on them?

    Adobe Flash for IE  from package lib

    OS = Win 7

    Browser is mixture of IE10 and IE11.  I've seen it on both.

    What do you get when you check on Adobe's Flash Player site?

    I'll have to try on the next person that reports it.  I already downloaded the flash offline installer from the website and installed it that way.  But I'd assume if the website was trying to load flash and it was saying Get Flash - running it from the Adobe site would likely say the the same, but I will try when i get another report!!

    Totally agree Dan but there's a lot of moving parts so just trying to eliminate variables so we can dig to the root of the problem.  If you find out more information update here or email us at support and we'll see what we can do to help.

    So i finally got someone and was able to test.   It says Adobe Flash isn't installed when i go to their site.  Even though in Add/Remove Programs Adobe Flash 21 is there.  I have to download the Offline Installer from Adobe, and install it.  After that it works fine.

    Here is some more information.  I'm testing it on my PC so I can provide more detail. .  Attached are screens to show exactly what I'm talking about.  Flash has been pushed to my PC on 5/16 but according to IE11 it's not installed. Attached are various screens, showing everything I have.  If you want more let me know.
