Executive Summary

I am looking for a way to create a high level executive summary.  Here is what I am trying to create.

Monday

Application Name -- Number of systems deployed to

Application Name -- Number of systems deployed to

Application Name -- Number of systems deployed to

Tuesday

Application Name -- Number of systems deployed to

You get the idea one for each day of the week so that I can provide this information to management.
