    KeePass Password Safe 2.20.1 has been added to the Package Library. Give it a test. This will disable Auto-Update check UNLESS an existing KeePass.config.enforced.xml file exists in %ProgramFiles%\KeePass Password Safe 2\. This file doesn't exist by default so if it exists then we assume you have your enforced configuration setup the way you wish.
