This software is to work with shoretel phone systems and with places with hundreds of phones like us a means to push it and specify the server name in pdq would be great.

When you deploy Shortel Communicator are you supposed to provide the name of the Shortel server? If so we would probably not add this to the Package Library. You would still be able to make your own custom package where the necessary parameters are provided to ensure a successful deployment for your organization.

It's a not a huge deal not to have the server in there. We just notify the users to enter the IP and since AD integration is setup no need to worry about passwords.

I did have some issues with deploying with the MSI file. Doing a test of 12 machines only 2 were successful. Some were offline, but the ones that failed gave me MSI Error 1603. I need to check to see what version of Communicator they are running.
