Heart Beat Delay?

It would be nice if you could add the option for a Delay in things being deployed via hear beat schedule.

When creating a hear beat schedule we would have a check box to enable a delay and then set how long of a delay we want.

This would be for example if we want to give the computers a little extra time after booting up before things start deploying to them.
