Is there an icon glossary? I searched help, but may have missed it.

Some of the icons are obvious, others are not.

We don't currently have one, I'll put it on the documentation list to add.

You should be able to hover over any icon and see what it does, is there an icon where you don't see anything or the information isn't sufficient?

looking at Inventory - list of computers - some have an icon that look like a tower - others - identical computers - have an icon that look like a monitor. Is this telling me something? Hovering over the icons does nothing
