What is the Shared Notify Publisher folder

I was looking at the ProgramData where the databases are stored and see a folder with database files call Shared Notify Publisher. I was reading documentation that only the databases in the PDQ Deploy and Inventory folders are needs for moving to a new computer but no mention of the 3rd folder. What  data does this contain?

    This directory is used to store a temporary database that is used to communicate between applications. It will be created as needed, so there's no need to move it.  Newer versions of the software no longer use the directory so what you have may be left over from a previous installation.
