A way to make AD PC removal = Inventory removal?

We are working on a large project to replace a large number of old computers. I have notices previously that computers removed from AD do not remove from PDQ Inventory. After a PC is removed from AD, its inventory information is no longer needed. Is there a way to do this?

    Go to File > Preferences > Active Directory  and select your "Delete Mode". The default is Import Only. Change to "Full Sync".
