Some computers showing offline in PDQ Inventory

hello,

some computers showing offline in PDQ Inventory cant get details, Tried remote repair it pass all tests,

in PDQ Deploy i can deploy software on that PC.

    Check if you can ping the offline computer. It is possible thaht the ICMP is blocked by the firewall by some policy.
