Custom Item column to display in Collection list?

    Custom Item type filters are listed under the Computer filter as the value you created. ("Date Purchased" for example)

    I second the original question, especially for values that are unique to each PC i.e. "Assigned to User", "Desk Number" . Sure you could create and run a report to reference to. But custom columns could make custom items much more valuable and replace other reference sheets. Like where logged on user does not always equal the actual owner and is obviously blank when no user is logged in etc.

    In the most current version of PDQ Inventory (6.2.0.0) once you create a Custom Item, a column is created and can be added to the main view under Preferences -> Collection Page.  If it isn't showing, simply click the button to "Add Column" and choose it from the list.  From there you can move it up and down the list to designate its location on the main window.
