Best way to run this report?
Can anyone suggest a good way to do this report?
Basically, I need to give Microsoft a list of all installed Microsoft related products, per PC on the domain, which is around 1500.
At the moment, the only way I can see to do it, gives me the following results
PC11111 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
PC11111 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010
PC11111 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Silverlight
PC11111 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
PC11111 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.50727
PC22222 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
PC22222 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010
PC22222 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Silverlight
PC22222 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
PC22222 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.50727
PC33333 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
PC33333 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010
PC33333 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Silverlight
PC33333 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
PC33333 - Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.50727
As you can see, it's quite repetitive and to do this for 1500 computers, it would be a huge export!
Any ideas?
Thanks
Jim
