    Hi,

At the current time PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory will only work with Windows O/S.

Any future plan to make working for both Windows and Linux?

I second the request for linux support.  At the very least, it'd be great if they could identify a linux machine, label it as such, and disable windows only tools and deployments.  Of course, it wouldn't be a great leap to enable VNC and RDP (really should work now).  Next you could add restart/shutdown support followed by SSH (using putty perhaps).  Microsoft now supports powershell on linux so you could support scripting through that, without having to delve into SH.

Our products are purpose built for Windows environments, so I think it's unlikely that we'll have much Linux compatibility any time soon. However, I just put in a feature request to add SSH as an option to Remote Command because that should be easy on the dev side and shouldn't impact any of the core functionality, so it might stand a chance of making it in.

Thanks Colby.  I can certainly understand limiting your scope to a windows environment.  That being said, I have a windows environment that happens to have a few linux machines.  I really don't need most of the functionality offered by your application.  It's really just some of those functions in common.

If SSH support is included with the ability to script it (as in the "-m" option in putty), I could do all I need.
