Issue with computers offline

OK so i have read and tried just about everything.  UAC is disabled, Win Firewall is off, flushed and re-registered DNS, rebooted PC, able to ping from CMD, and tried to use IP address.

 

It still says offline and even when i say try deploy if offline it still fails.  I am even logged into the computer I am trying to test deploy on.

    I figured it out.  I moved them over from SEP 11 to SEP Cloud and it had put the smart Firewall on.  I had to create a new policy and move the PC's over to get them to show online.
