PDQ Inventory - Applications report not updating

Hello,

I'm having the following issue with PDQ Inventory 5.2.0.0: when I run the Applications report i have some apps that have been uninstalled before running the report.

For example: I had utorrent removed from Windows 8.1, but when I run this report, I still have it on the list, although in Control Panel -> Programs it isn't (check the attachment).

I have removed the PC from PDQ Inventory, add it again, run the report, but the issue persists.

I tried even with a restart of the system, but the list isn't updating.

What seems to be the problem here?

Hi,

Did you run a new Standard scan on the target machine after you uninstalled the software? If you haven't run a new scan then PDQ is showing you the previously reported information. If you do a new scan and it still shows as reported, then we'd have to dig deeper and make sure that there weren't any remnants of the program in the registry that could still be reporting.
