Some of my computers do not have AD info...
I am currently evaluating the product and it is working great except I noticed that a few of my computers are not listed in the containers of my AD. If I click on "all computers", the computers are shown, but if I go under my domain name and then under the proper container, the computer is not there. If I click on the computer when shown under "All Computers", the computer information screen opens and if I scroll down to the AD section, it is completely empty. I have deleted the computer and added it again, after the scan, the AD section remains empty. I am adding the computer via the manual method and selecting the computer from the AD.
Any ideas?

Hi Joe, is it possible that these machines are cloned?
There can be several issues that would cause this behavior:
If all of the above isn’t helpful, the next step is to install Inventory on another machine (use the default AD settings, or those recommended in the video above) and see if you get different results than on the current Inventory console. If the results are different, what’s different between that machine and the console? If the results are the same, then it’s likely related to Active Directory and more digging would be required.
