Will Offline Computers Show Up In Reports?

I am trying to run reports on Office Product Keys but some computers are not showing up in the report because they are offline? But havent they been scanned already?

When was the computer scanned the last time? What version of PDQ Inventory was used?

Hi Casey,

The way to tell if those targets have been scanned is to double click on a machine and go to the Scans panel. There you will see when the last scans for that machine were created, which scan profile was used, and the source trigger of the scan.
