Create collection of computers not having an Application installed

I must be going brain dead, but can someone help me in creating a collection that shows me all the computers that do not have a certain application installed?  For example, show me all computer that do not have Adobe Flash Player installed.  I don't see anything like "does not exist", and obviously all my computers have applications other than Adobe Flash so it triggers them..

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi Marty,

You need to change the Group Filter instead of the Value filter. You can see a breakdown of this at the links below:

  • Thanks Shane, but I must be doing something wrong.  I followed the first link and I seem to be getting ONLY computers that DO have it installed.  Here is the screen print of my collection..

  • Ah, I see what I did wrong.. If I click on the icon to add the filter, it does not indent it, I have to right click on the last line and say Add, then it does indent it, and it works.  Thanks!  Although, why would you ever NOT want to indent it??
