PDQ Deploy stuck starting

when i start pdq deploy i get the error "pdq deploy console" dosn't work.

i attached 2 Events with errors.

    Hi Bernd,

    Based on the .NET errors that you attached can you try uninstalling and reinstalling .NET 4.5.2 and see if that helps?
