Steps to resolve logon failure

Hi
The username/password matches the credentials still coming up as Logon failure.
Can you please let me know what else needs to be checked to get it to recognise the username and password being used?
Not on a firewall, Simple file sharing is disabled, File and Printer Sharing is enabled, Server service is up and running.

Hi Jason,
Not sure from your question if this is happening on the console machine or if it happens when you're scanning your target machines.
If it's the console and you're seeing this in Preferences -> Background Service then also check services.msc and make sure that the PDQInventory service is also running with those admin credentials and not Local System.
If this is happening on the target machine, try entering the short version of your credentials against those targets. For example if your current credentials are domain.local\username try using domain\username or vice versa.
