known logged on computer are not showing current user

When viewing inventory and looking at the current user column many of the fields are blank. When scanning computers that have known users logged on they are not showing up.

I have exactly the same issue, Windows XP systems do not show this info, although Win 7 systems do. 50% of our systems are XP. This info was available previously. When might it be available again?

Using 7.1.0.0 Pro

Hi Guys,

Sorry for any inconvenience this might be causing for you. When Inventory 5.2.0.0 came out in April 2015 we introduced a new feature that showed the active users on machines in different states so that you could tell if a user was logged in but locked, disconnected, or actively using the computer. The API that we started using at that point wasn't supported for XP and since support for XP from Microsoft ended in April 2014 we made the decision to remove our test machines with this O/S as well.
