Collection filter by File Modified date

Hey guys

So I have scan that returns a number of different files. I want to create a Dynamic Collection that lists all machines in OU group 'desktops' and when one of these scanned files has been modified in the last 8hrs.

How do I do this so it selects the modified date of that particular file and not one of the others?

I think on the same note... how can I filter machines if a particular Deployment has ran in the past 24hrs?
