  • I am not sure if this will help everyone, but in my case it helped a lot!

    1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Admin Arsenal\PDQ Inventory (ProgramData folder is a hidden folder).

    2. rename Database and Log to Database.OLD and Log.OLD

    3. Start PDQ Inventory. This will rebuild the inventory DB.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,

    Jeff

  • Make sure you consult with us in Support on these tickets.  Sometimes the error can be misleading and while Jeff's approach will get you a new database, it will be a new database without any of your previous data or computers.  A lot of times we can repair the database (within reason).
