Reporting question - Windows features

I'm trying to create a report to monitor my Windows 10 deployments; Essentially I'm trying to track whether 2 windows features are installed. Defining the report is simple enough (see Attached), but what I'd like to be able to see on the report, is not just the machine name, but which feature is missing (one or both).

Any pointers?
