Displays - ID number

Hi,

I have Problem with add to Displays 'ID numebr'. I need add to each Display identification number.

Example:

We have display: DELL Serial Number xxxxxx. Connected with PCxxx. I want add to display number DISxxx.

Is this possible?

I need this ID number to inventory and identification my hardware.
