A report or collection to list all systems with GWX.exe on them

I want to detect the C:\Windows\System32\GWX\GWX.exe program to let me know if Microsoft is trying to put Windows 10 on my corporate machines.  Any help?  I can't seem to get it working.

  • You need to add a File scanner to look for that file.

    File --> Preferences --> Scan Profiles --> Standard --> Add --> Files

    Include Pattern(s): C:\Windows\System32\GWX\GWX.exe

    OK --> OK --> Close

    Now you can create a collection that looks for that file.

  • Is this the method or is there another method for testing computers to see if they are still prone to update to Windows 10?
