If i have spiceworks, do I need pdq inventory to fully get the benefits of pdq deploy?

I have been considering pdq deploy and pdq inventory but I know you also integrate with spiceworks.  would I really need to purchase pdq inventory if Spiceworks does so much?

    It works with spiceworks, but there are a few advantages of PDQ Inventory. PDQ Inventory is less of a resource hog on the machine for one. Also if you plan on doing things like Autodeployments PDQ Inventory stays in sync with PDQ deploy so that I knows when new versions of the software are available to be deployed. I would say the best thing would be to install the trial of PDQ Deploy along with an install of Spiceworks. Test it out for a little bit and then install the trail of PDQ Inventory and see if it is any better for what you need it to do.

    Also I think you can run Spiceworks and PDQ Deploy at the same time. It lets you select PDQ Inventory or Spiceworks at the time of deployment.
