Report Help - Deployment

I'm wanting to create a report based off All Deployments with a success code for all my computers.  Can someone help with that?  I see that might have be done in SQL and not available in the basic and I'm not a SQL report guy.

To add more info so its at the top.

A Report that Shows Computer Name / Deployment only Successful /  Install Date /  ? anything else i'm nothing thinking of that may be helpful. .

under the computers there is a deployment tab where that info is stored, I'm fairly certain this report can be created with SQL, I just don't have the SQL knowledge to build such a report.

  I'm a little fuzzy on the details. Do you want a report of all successful deployments, or do you want a report of a specific success code?

  I want to generate a report that shows ALL successful deployments for all computers in my inventory.

  Computer Name / Successful Deployment /   Install date would be nice as well

  So if I click a PC there is the Deployment tab, and it shows all the failed / successful.  I want to show our Execs how much work this program is actually doing for us.

  That is super close I'd like to see what Application was Deployed along with that though. So another Column with Application Name.

  Got it now. I see you can do Deployment name so i added that
