Non-Windows Devices?

Just looking for clarification in adding "Non-Windows Devices". What are some examples of these devices?

Tried adding a NAS to it, with SNMP enabled, but it doesn't look to collect that data, nor is there a scan profile that would I suppose. I also cannot edit any fields to keep for tracking (was trying to get a MAC address populated so at least WOL would work).

    Sorry, so the trick is to disable scanning on that device, then some fields can be managed.

    Any hope in an SNMP crawl in a later version?
