Uninstalll an application password protected

Team,

Do you know of a way to uninstall an application that requires a password to uninstall the application that is currently installed? What I am trying to do is remove the Kaspersky agent to update to the latest version. I know the password to uninstall but wanted to know if it is possible to pass the password to uninstall within the PDQ inventory or if I could create a process using PDQ Deploy

Thanks for your support,

John

  • Hi John,

    Did you get anywhere with this? Am trying to do something similar with Checkpoint endpoint security.

    thanks

  • @Jonathan Lewis

    According to this forum post the parameter for specifying the password is

    UNINST_PASSWORD=<password>
