PDQ Deploy - Connects to soon after reboot

After a reboot, In my particular case disabling FWBF Pdq deploy connects and goes to the next step to soon before the system is 100 percent back up and running is there a way to add a wait after it reconnects?

    U have multiple ways, choose the most fitting one

    1) Using sleep:

    2) Open a "Message"-Windows and set the time for it how u need, like

    3) Using Powershell (-s=seconds, -m=minutes)
